Having to decide between living in West Columbia or Sweeny where you may have your roots and can enjoy the slow pace that quaint towns offer or living in more dense areas such as Lake Jackson where amenities are sufficinet can be just the start of your decisions making process. Commutes to Dow, LNG, or P66 are factors for many. And now, Angleton is expected to see 50% growth in the coming years making these choices more abundant and less predictable without the right insight. The future is a positive one and one that is sure to accommodate the various walks of life that currently exist here. I'm excited to see what's next for us all.
